The ICC has announced several new cricket rules. Batters in men's cricket who aren't ready in time will face a warning, a final warning, and then five penalty runs for each subsequent offence. Pink balls may be used in daytime Tests by mutual agreement. Further, a wicket in last over of a Test's day won't end play.
