ICC clarified why South Africa's Aiden Markram wasn't given out despite wandering out of crease when Pakistan's Muhammad Rizwan hit stumps. Umpires were left with no decision to make because Pakistan didn't appeal, ICC said. Dipping of Rizwan's head and time between him receiving and throwing ball means umpires would almost certainly have ruled the ball dead if Pakistan appealed.
