ICC confirms Super Over for IND vs SL 3rd ODI if match ends in tie

The first ODI between India and Sri Lanka ended in a tie. There was no Super Over and that raised several questions regarding the rules. It was later revealed that the match officials made an error by not enforcing the rule. An ICC official confirmed that the tiebreaker will enforced if the final ODI ends in a draw.
