ICC fines India 20%, West Indies 10% of match fees over slow over-rate in 3rd ODI

India and West Indies have been fined 20% and 10% of their match fees, respectively for slow over-rates in the third ODI in New Chandigarh. India were four overs short, while West Indies fell two overs behind after time allowances. Both captains, Shubman Gill and Shai Hope, pleaded guilty and accepted the sanctions without formal hearings.
