ICC gives January 21 ultimatum to Bangladesh on T20 World Cup participation

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has been handed an ultimatum by the ICC to take a final decision on Bangladesh's participation in T20 World Cup 2026. The ICC has informed the board that January 21 will be the deadline for the decision. It has also reportedly rejected Bangladesh's request to swap groups with Ireland to play their matches in Sri Lanka.
