ICC introduce 'Player of the Month' awards, explain voting process

The ICC announced the introduction of Men's and Women's Player of the Month awards to recognise the best performances throughout the year. Three nominees for each of the categories will be determined by ICC Awards Nominations Committee each month. An independent ICC Voting Academy and fans will then vote for the shortlist. Fans will have 10% share of the vote.
