ICE officer Castro appears in Minnesota court over shooting

ICE officer Christian Castro appeared before a Minnesota judge Thursday, months after being charged for shooting Venezuelan man Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis during a Minneapolis immigration raid. Bail was set at $400,000. Castro faces separate federal charges for lying to investigators. He returned to Minnesota voluntarily after Texas Governor Greg Abbott refused to sign extradition papers.
