Private sector bank ICICI has launched the ‘Smart Star’ account, savings account, for minors above 10 years of age which will allow them to operate their accounts independently. The account will offer a personalised cheque book and a debit card with a picture of his/her choice, the bank said. Minors will also have access to ATM, mobile and Internet banking.
