ICICI Prudential MF buys 4.72 lakh shares via bulk deal

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund acquired 4.72 lakh shares of Pondy Oxides and Chemicals through a bulk deal at an average price of ₹1,270 per share. DII holding increased to 7.15% by March 2026, while the company will meet HDFC Mutual Fund on July 1 as part of its investor engagement programme.
