ICICI Securities pays SEBI ₹80 lakh to settle rule violation case

ICICI Securities has paid SEBI over ₹80 lakh to settle allegations of security rule violations against it. The company allegedly failed to comply with certain conditions related to margin trading facilities. The regulator also found that the software module responsible for liquidating shares was not functional from November 11, 2022 to May 31, 2023.
