Iconic Air India logo removed from top of Mumbai building

The iconic 38-by-24-foot Air India logo atop the 23-storey Air India building in Mumbai's Nariman Point has been dismantled into 40 pieces. The operation took a week as workers faced strong winds and rain at that height, PWD Mumbai's Chief Engineer Pradnya Walke said. Maharashtra government acquired the building for ₹1,601 crore to house the CM and other government offices.
