IDBI Bank plans three-year extension for CEO Rakesh Sharma

IDBI Bank on Sunday said it is considering to extend the tenure of its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Rakesh Sharma for a period of three years. Sharma's six-month term at IDBI Bank is set to end in April. He was appointed the lender's MD and CEO a few months before LIC's acquisition of majority stake in IDBI Bank.
