IDF apologises after soldiers 'choke' CNN cameraman, hold crew at gunpoint

A CNN reporting team was assaulted by Israel Defence Forces (IDF) near the Palestinian village of Tayasir. The team came in contact with Israeli soldiers who pointed guns at them, while a photojournalist was placed in a chokehold and slammed to the ground, the Foreign Press Association said. IDF spokesperson LTC Nadav Shoshani apologised for the incident.
