IED detected, defused by security forces on Srinagar airport road

An improvised explosive device (IED) was detected and defused by the security forces on the Srinagar airport road in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district. The IED was detected on Monday evening in the Gogo locality, police said. "The IED was successfully defused without causing any damage," the police said.
