If celebs aren't doing anti-firecracker campaigns for free, no need to approach them: HC

After being informed about Bollywood celebrities seeking money to feature in anti-firecracker campaigns, Bombay HC asked Maharashtra government not to approach them. "If they charge a fee, it is a completely wrong approach. They have lived in this city and received a lot from it," the court observed. Social media appeals shouldn't be the only contribution celebrities make, it added.
