Leg-spinner Vishal Nishad, who was bought by PBKS for ₹30 lakh at the IPL 2026 auction, called former RCB captain Virat Kohli his "idol". "If I take his wicket, I'll touch his feet," he said. Nishad added, "I'm inspired by his attitude and his drive; he is my favourite." The 20-year-old represents Gorakhpur Lions in the Uttar Pradesh T20 League.
