If lover dies by suicide due to love failure, woman can't be held accountable: Delhi HC

Delhi High Court has observed, "If a lover commits suicide due to love failure...the lady...cannot be held to have abetted the commission of suicide." "For the wrong decision taken by a man of weak or frail mentality, another person cannot be blamed," the court added while granting anticipatory bail to a woman in abetment of suicide case.
