If people are not paying traffic challans, add it to their electricity bills: SC

Supreme Court suggested adding unpaid traffic challans to people's electricity bills to ensure they pay the fines. "They’ll have to pay electricity bills...else the power line will be disconnected. In this country, you have to find a way out," SC said. Merely issuing e-challans wasn't enough, Justice JB Pardiwala said while stressing the need for effective recovery of the fines.
