West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee questioned whether Pahalgam attack was "carried out by the Centre" after Home Minister Amit Shah, who is on a three-day visit to state, alleged that terror networks were operating in poll-bound state. She also labelled PM Narendra Modi and Shah as Dushasana and Duryodhana, saying they "start appearing as soon as elections come".
