The mayor of Tampa in Florida issued a warning to the residents, urging them to evacuate ahead of Hurricane Milton. "If you choose to stay...you are going to die," the mayor, Jane Castor, said on CNN while talking about the dangers of the "literally catastrophic" Category 5 hurricane.
