IFS lost ace diplomat when you chose IAS: Tharoor to Kant on G20 Delhi Declaration

Shashi Tharoor praised G20 Sherpa Amitabh Kant for "negotiations" with China and Russia to reach consensus on the G20 New Delhi Leaders' Declaration. "Well done Amitabh Kant!
