IHC becomes promoter of Sammaan Capital after ₹8,850 crore deal

Sammaan Capital informed exchanges that IHC Group, through Avenir Investment RSC Ltd, has become the promoter and controlling shareholder of the company. The total investment will aggregate around ₹8,850 crore upon full warrant conversion. IHC currently holds 28.41% stake, which may increase to around 41.24% on a fully diluted basis.
