A canteen worker at IIT Bombay was arrested for recording a video of a girl student while she was in the hostel bathroom, students of the institute have alleged. The student noticed the accused's phone looming outside the bathroom window, filming her, and alerted the hostel council and authorities. The worker had allegedly climbed pipes to peep inside the bathroom.
