IIT Delhi revamps curriculum after 12 yrs to meet industry demands

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has completely revamped its curriculum after 12 years, according to Director Rangan Banerjee. Burden on students and changing industry demands were major reasons behind this exercise, he said. "We have restricted the number of core credits per semester," he added. The class size has been reduced to 150 from 300 for first two semesters.
