IIT Kanpur team develops app to help kids with learning disabilities

A team at IIT Kanpur has developed an application called Assistive Application for Children with Dyslexia and Dysgraphia (AACDD). The application provides a training module for school-going children between classes 1 and 5 in the Hindi language. The touchscreen-based interface uses haptic sensation and motor movement to produce Hindi letters and involves auditory feedback.
