IIT Madras & IIT Kanpur launch Bachelor of Cybersecurity

IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur jointly launched India's first practice-oriented Bachelor of Cybersecurity program. This four-year degree aims to address a shortage of cybersecurity professionals and bolster national security. Commencing July 2026, the program includes two years of intensive lab instruction and a two-year field deployment project.
