IIT Madras students protest over Jamia violence, tear copy of CAA

IIT Madras students on Monday staged protests condemning the attack on the students of Delhi's Jamia Millia Islamia University. The students tore and burnt a copy of the amended Citizenship Act's gazette notification. "This is a warning to all of us that even the smallest dissent will be quelled. We must all stand up and demand justice," a student said.
