IITs deny bulk leak of JEE Advanced 2026 data

IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay and IIT Madras have rejected claims of mass JEE (Advanced) 2026 data leak. They clarified that a temporary cloud storage misconfiguration occurred on June 2 during technical interventions to assist students. Cybersecurity researcher Rylen Anil, who flagged the issue, confirmed that less than 0.05% of the data was accessed and that no bulk leak took place.
