IIT startup launches world’s 1st rocket with 3D-printed engine

This morning, ISRO launched Agnibaan, the world's first rocket with a 3D-printed engine from Sriharikota. It was launched from India's first privately developed launchpad, 'Dhanush,' at 7:15 am. PM Modi and ISRO Chairman Somanath congratulated the IIT Madras startup Agnikul Cosmos. Agnibaan, powered by a single-piece 3D-printed engine, can carry 300 kg load up to 700 km.
