IITians' startup launches AI model that can replace call centres, is cheaper & faster than rivals

Bengaluru-based Murf AI launched Falcon 2, a text-to-speech AI model that can replace call centres. Falcon 2 is priced at $0.01 per generated minute, a fifth of the price of its competitors, is faster than rivals as it responds in under 100 milliseconds and is ranked higher than them in several benchmarks. Murf was founded by three IITians in 2020.
