California and Bengaluru-based marketing cloud startup MoEngage has raised $9 million (around ₹63 crore) in a Series B round of funding led by new investors Matrix Partners and VenturEast. Existing investors Helion Venture Partners and Exfinity Ventures also participated in the round. MoEngage was founded in 2014 by IIT-Kharagpur alumni Raviteja Dodda (CEO) and Yashwanth Kumar (CTO).
