IKEA lost over ₹4 lakh each time a single worker quit: Report

IKEA lost over $5,000 (over ₹4 lakh) every time a single employee quit across the world, Bloomberg reported. By 2022, more than 62,000 employees were leaving annually for various reasons, the report said, adding that the firm boosted existing workers' pay, increased flexibility for frontline employees and began using emerging technologies to make things easier on workers to reduce departures.
