Ikea to invest ₹5,000 cr, create 8,000 jobs for Noida store

World's largest furniture retailer Ikea will invest ₹5,000 crore in Uttar Pradesh's Noida to set up large and small format stores. The investment would create over 8,000 job opportunities in the state, the company said. The Swedish furniture giant, which opened its first-ever Indian outlet in Hyderabad earlier this year, will also be opening stores in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
