Ikea, world’s largest retailer in furniture plans to invest Rs. 12,500cr to set up 25 stores in India over the next decade, it said on Wednesday. The stores will be opened in the metro cities and the company is likely to set up its first store in Bangalore or Hyderabad within the next couple of years, the Swedish retailer said.
