Illinois Guv sends Trump $8 bn tariff refunds bill after SC order

Illinois Governor JB Pritzker has sent over $8 billion invoice for refunds after Supreme Court struck down most tariffs he imposed on countries. "Your tariff taxes wreaked havoc on farmers, enraged our allies, and sent grocery prices through the roof," he said. "I demand refund of $1,700/family...There are 5,105,448 households in Illinois, bringing the total damages to $8,679,261,600," he added.
