I'm a philosophy major, can't care about others' degrees: CRED Founder on hiring

Billion-dollar startup CRED's Founder and CEO Kunal Shah in an interview with YourStory said that people's degrees do not matter much when he looks to hire them. "I'm a philosophy major, I can't care about other people's degrees," Shah said. "One of our senior leaders hasn't even done graduation...the best degree that person has is 10th pass," he added.
