I'm an eye-witness, my son was shot: Arrested Punjab IAS officer

IAS officer Sanjay Popli, who has been arrested on corruption charges, has claimed that the Punjab Vigilance Bureau murdered his son Kartik Popli at their residence in Chandigarh. "I am an eye-witness...My son was shot by them," Sanjay said. "They tortured my child and killed him," Kartik's mother had earlier stated. Police have said that Kartik had died by suicide.
