I'm ashamed: Belgium min issues apology over 'Pipigate' scandal

Belgian justice minister Vincent Van Quickenborne issued an apology for the 'Pipigate' scandal and denied laughing about it. "I'm ashamed that people I invited at my house peed against...police van...It's disgusting, especially considering why the van is there," he said. The minister and his family have been granted 24/7 police protection following a failed attempt to kidnap him last year.
