I'm in a condition of Nepo-spasm: Karan Johar on nepotism

Filmmaker Karan Johar has said that he is in a condition of Nepo-spasm as he gets a convulsion every time he hears the word 'nepotism'. Karan said this while speaking at a session at the ongoing Indian Film Festival of Melbourne. Bollywood film critic Rajeev Masand was also part of the session.
