I'm in video, they rubbed chilli on wounds: Man allegedly tortured by Army men in J&K

Mohammad Ashraf, who was among the civilians picked up for interrogation and allegedly tortured by security personnel in J&K's Poonch, said he could be seen in a "viral video" being beaten by Army men. "They removed our clothes...beat us with lathis and iron rods, and rubbed chilli powder on our wounds," said Ashraf. Three civilians were found dead later.
