Investor Aniruddha Malpani, sued by edtech startup WhiteHat Jr for ₹14 crore over alleged defamation, tweeted on Monday, "I'm insulted! They sued me for less than they sued Poonia for." The edtech startup sued angel investor Malpani alleging him of "unfair competition" and making "derogatory imputations" about WhiteHat Jr. The startup sued engineer Pradeep Poonia for ₹20 crore.
