Image shared by Pak handles of IAF jet crash is from 2024: Govt

Indian government debunked the claim made by pro-Pakistan handles of downing an Indian Air Force aircraft after Operation Sindoor. The PIB Fact Check said pro-Pakistan handles are re-circulating an old image of crashed Indian jet. "The image is from an earlier incident involving an Indian Air Force (IAF) MiG-29 fighter jet that crashed in Rajasthan, in September 2024," PIB said.
