Images from space show extent of deforestation at 400-acre land next to Hyd university

An environmental NGO has shared visuals from space showing the extent of deforestation at a 400-acre forest land close to the University of Hyderabad (UoH) in Telangana. The visuals show rapid felling of trees in just three-four days. Earlier, the Supreme Court had halted felling of trees and warned that Telangana Chief Secretary will be arrested if orders are violated.
