Images show India's first 'lights-out' factory lab in Pune

TCS has launched a new lights-out factory lab in Pune to advance AI-first manufacturing. A lights-out factory is a manufacturing unit where autonomous systems can run production with minimal human intervention. TCS also shared images of the lab, which houses a fully robotic battery-pack assembly line, making it India’s first lab to demonstrate the principles of lights-out manufacturing.
