Imagicaaworld Entertainment acquired a 50% stake in Mehsana Next Parks for ₹50 crore, gaining joint ownership of Shanku's Water Park in Gujarat. The company will also manage park operations under an operations and maintenance (O&M) agreement, earning 6-10% management fees. The investment supports Imagicaa's expansion in Gujarat's growing leisure and tourism market.
