IMD issues season's 1st yellow alert for heatwave in Delhi

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for a heatwave in Delhi from April 22 to April 24, the first such alert this season. The maximum temperature in the national capital is expected to be around 41°C to 43°C from Wednesday to Friday, while the minimum temperature will range between 21°C and 25°C, IMD stated.
