IMD issues yellow alert for light rain in Delhi-NCR on May 11 & 12

The India Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for light rain and thunderstorms in Delhi-NCR on May 11 and 12. Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and strong winds of 40-50 kmph are likely in several parts of the city. The maximum and minimum temperatures on May 11 are expected to hover between 37°C and 39°C respectively, IMD said.
