The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert as Delhi is likely to witness light rain accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds of up to 60 kmph on Sunday evening and night. Rainfall is expected due to a prevailing western disturbance that is gradually weakening, IMD added. Temperatures in the national capital are expected to rise from Monday.
