IMD lists coldest cities in the North Indian plains today

Punjab's Ludhiana was the coldest city in the North Indian plains on Sunday with a minimum temperature of 2.5 degrees Celsius, IMD data showed. UP's Meerut recorded 2.9 degrees, Rajasthan's Pilani saw 3 degrees, Chandigarh recorded 3.2 degrees, Punjab's Patiala was at 3.4 degrees. Safdarjung and Lodhi Road in Delhi recorded 3.5 and 3.4 degrees Celsius, respectively.
