Imran Khan says he went to Mumbai protest 'out of curiosity', challenges notice to leave India

Actor Imran Khan has told the court that he went near Mumbai’s August Kranti Maidan on October 10 out of “curiosity” about student protesters. His writ petition stated that his "curiosity ended" when police told him the area was restricted, and he complied with directions. He's challenging a notice asking him to leave India over participating in an anti-CEC protest.
